Mlm Network Marketing - Is Your Personality Right For Network Marketing?

Every personality type is equally capable of building a successful MLM network marketing business, but each must pursue the building process in a way that makes them feel comfortable.

What are the other personality colors? There are four personality colors with many of us fitting into a blend of two or three.

Blue Personality: Blues are sometimes mistaken for the driven red. Blues are both open and direct. If you ask them a question, they will answer you very directly and many times tell you much more than you envisioned. Blues are looking to have fun and success in their MLM opportunity. If the tasks are emotionally draining on their sense of fun, the blue will slowly drift off to more emotionally charged pastures.

Blues need just enough information to make an informed decision, but not so many details that information overload occurs. Do not push a blue. Blues are very intuitive and will “feel” the pressure and back off quickly.

Blues love a party and will find a way to create their own fun if the get bored. When talking to a blue personality, let them know how “fun” your MLM opportunity has been for you and that you are capable of helping them achieve both financial success and fun.

You will find that many blues are salesmen, marketing reps, and any profession allowing them to be outgoing with the people they encounter daily.

Green Personality: Greens are both closed and indirect. They will answer your questions with one word and may seem to other personalities as though they are withdrawn or avoiding the question directly.

Greens are the researchers and want you to give them ALL the details and statistical resources you have regarding your company. The more information you share with them, the happier they are and feel that you are being open and honest with them.

Give a green the resource documents and they will make the MLM Network Marketing decision that works for them. Do not push them. Pushing a green is a guaranteeing a retreat.

Greens work at their own pace; some have been know to extend their research prior to making a decision or action on their MLM business opportunity for a year!

That seems like a long time to me, but that’s a green for you. As a green, your prospect will need to correct any misspellings they may find during their research, spend all the time required on their own writing so that it is absolutely perfect prior to publication, and do not feel the need to fill the void of silence that may occur in a conversation.

Greens are content with quiet and cannot understand the blues need for activity. Many greens will have a background in engineering, finance, analyst, scientist or any profession that requires researching for a living.

Yellow Personality:

Yellows are the natural nurturers of the world. When talking to a yellow, they will be quieter than the other personalities, speaking slower, and always interested in working in a team environment.

The yellow does not like being sold, and will not join you in your MLM business no matter how much success you have found if they feel they are being sold. Yellows are generally concerned about the world in which they live and want to make it a better place. Your yellow prospect may be interested in community and city activities. They may talk to you about helping the children of the world, the animals, their parents and any organization that they find close to their heart.

They yellow personality will be the one who will find MLM success helping their team succeed in their MLM network marketing opportunity. Seeing their team succeed will lift them up and provide true meaning to all the hard work they are more than willing to perform.

Yellows in your organization may come from the nursing, childcare, and teaching backgrounds. Any profession that allows them to nurture others will appeal to the yellow personality.

Red Personality: The “Red” personality is traditionally the 3% of Successful MLM distributors everyone else only hears about. They are closed and direct when talking to you, making some conversations with them seem almost rude.

If a red has something to say, they just say it straight up without reservation. They figure “it is what it is” and they don’t know how to soften it for you. The red does not give up easily and the word “no” only means they are one person closer to a “yes”.

Red personalities happily make their list of 50 friends and family as their initial contact. They will contact church members or talk to people in malls to identify new prospects. Red personalities will not give up or get discouraged easily when working their MLM network marketing opportunity.

The red personalities are usually CEOs, doctors, lawyers, or any other career choice that requires drive and supreme focus. Red personalities are the only ones who don’t mind being sold.

All personalities can find MLM Success each in their own way. While one may choose to contact family and friends, others may decide writing articles, blogging, or getting on forums will fit their personality the best. Each person must approach MLM network marketing in a way that best fits his/her personality in order to find the inner drive to continue the process.
