Network Marketing is a straightforward concept, but for many people simply it doesn’t work. There are various reasons for this. Majority of the network marketers are unsuccessful because the methods they adopt is not helpful for them most of the times.
The network marketers were taught to buy and make cold calls. But, this method will work only for few people. Unless you are a natural born sales person and not shy to follow cold call leads, you are going to face failure miserably. The money and efforts on cold call leads will go in vain. Such people give up the network marketing once their resources dry up.
The other reason for network marketer’s failure pertains to the kind of leads they buy. These business opportunity leads are generic in nature. When they see an ad which tells them whether they want to be financially independent by starting a home based business, they respond to that. That doesn’t mean that they are the potential recruits for your network marketing. When the network marketer calls these leads and talks about network marketing most of them respond negatively. After spending lot of money for buying these leads if you get such a response continuously, you are bound to frustrate. If the same is repeated few more times, within a short span of time you will surely say good-bye to your network business.
Most people don’t have the money to promote their business. Even they don’t realize that this is also a type of business and they need to promote it by allocating certain portion of their earning. This is because most network marketers are part-time workers; they don’t consider this as a business. But, what they fail to realize is that if they promote this business by spending at least 20% of their earning, one day it will make them full time businessmen.
The last but not the least reason for network marketing failure is lack of activity. There are few misconceptions about network marketing. The most common among them is that the network marketing is the easiest money making method. This leads to many network marketers to be inactive. They simply recruit some of their friends and sit idle expecting their commission checks. These people are bound to be flapped in their network marketing sooner or later.
