Network Marketing revolves around purchasing a product, proposing the product to your friends and known group of people and earning a commission of. In other words it is a promotional activity done by mere reference. A product sold earns you some amount, and when they follow the suit the network is created till the down line. The network marketing is proposed to be a sound business enticing few thousands of dollars. Alas, then why the network marketing is slowly fading. It is showing a business of hardly 5%. The remaining 95% cannot involve themselves without proper yield for a longer period of time.
Network marketing is a process of recruiting people. You are assured of earning a reasonable income at least only when you recruit enough people under you. This income is assured till your friends list is exhausted and approaching strangers is not an easy stride. At this point of time you can easily notice that network marketing comes to a halt and your vision starts fading.
Subsequently, network marketing proposes easy spin of money, but that is not as easy as described. The earning depends on your team and your effort. The problem here is that the amount you aimed to earn while entering the networking business by leaving your well paid job looks very uncertain. This is mainly due to the products. The products that are sold in the network marketing are high priced and the quality sub standardized. When you hype and coerce a person to buy such products, he may abide to you initially. Later on there are hardly any chances of his coming back for the product again? This affects the network marketing channel and your interest in promoting the products slowly starts fading. In certain cases your relationship with your friends may get hampered and this indeed is a great personal loss.
The hindrances that occur in selling the products make the effective selling concept to shrink. The network marketing focuses on the advantages of selling the products through networking rather than the advantage of the product sold. This may be accepted by few customers but will not be helpful in a long run. This is another factor that counts and is one of the essential reasons for network marketing to fade.
