Why You Should Be Skeptical Of Network Marketing

Network marketing is a house hold name. It is also the much hyped business model and often touted as easy money making method. There are millions of people all over the world signed with thousands of network marketing companies dreaming a fortune for themselves. In a birds view the network marketing is commonly called as Multi Level Marketing MLM is a highly lucrative business. But, if you go through the studies conducted about their workings and the benefits offered by them, you will be disappointed.
There are many people skeptical about network marketing. Many reasons attribute towards this. Most network marketing operates in a mysterious system. They seldom disclose their working system. What all they do is pumping theoretical and motivational words towards aspirants. As most of the network marketing companies understand human psychology very well, they tempt people to dream about lucrative earnings by promoting their products. If people joining the networking marketing do not know much about their products, how can they promote it successfully?
The second reason is about the quality of products sold through network marketing.
Most of the networking companies never advertise their names or products; instead they talk about the benefits of selling those products through network marketing. Why is it? Because, they are sure that their products are not of quality and they cannot promote such products, if they talk about its quality. 90 out of 100 products promoted through NM or MLM channels are of inferior quality.
The NM or MLM products are not only inferior but also overpriced. When a person is hyped to buy these products some how, after using it, will he come back to buy the same product again? No chance, he will never buy it. The net effect is that the network marketer starts loosing the business while promoting such products. In most cases they even alienate their friends and well wishers by recommending network marketing.
The other reason is when you aspire to succeed in any business you need to have good business model. The ideal business model would be win-win-win; the company wins, the intermediary win and the ultimate consumer wins. But, if you take network marketing, it is a win-win-loose or even worse win-loose-loose model. Here only the company accumulates wealth by promoting networking marketing at the cost of intermediary and consumers.
